It would seem I came up with short straw when it came to this motherboard - and to be quite honest I could probably RMA it with the problems I have had. There are two things that make this board better than the KT7 - native ATA/100 support and better socket position. I do think as far as overclocking options, it has them - but no where near as friendly as the Abit SoftMenu !!!

I only hope MY bad experiences have not put you off buying this board - because I'm sure If mine had no problems, I would be quite happy with it. From what I have seen of Aopen boards before, they have been very poor on the overclocking front, and this is a good step forward for them.

I think this, and the Aopen Motherboards of the future will be a good overclocking market contender. Good luck to them.
