Installation

Installing the Antarctica is pretty straight-forward. You fasten the guides to the holes surrounding the CPU socket and simply slide the block onto these. Then using the springs and thumb screws, you tighten the block into place. This mounting method is exactly the same as the one used with the standard WaterChill block and it is a very secure way of installing a waterblock. One tube is connected to the inlet, and two tubes to the outlets. The two tubes from the outlet are then connected in to Y-fitting, collecting the water flow from the two tubes into one tube.

Documentation

With the KT12-L20 we were very impressed with the manual, so it was disappointing to see that this time we only received 4 sheets of folded photo-copied paper. However, the contents of this folder are adequate with pretty good diagrams of assembly.
