First we gotta transplant the thermistor onto the new wires...

Then melt em' back to the PCB like the fan leads.

While I was doing the sensor leads (yellow), I noticed an unused solder pad on the board (red), since this thing didn't have RPM monitoring, I figured I'd use it for the RPM sensor lead pass through

Here I have the pass through leads for the RPM sensor connected up.
