And way too much hot melt glue for that sloppy OEM look to hold it all together.
Now to solder the 3-pin male adapter onto the fan leads. I got a bunch of these at Weird Stuff Warehouse for ten cents a piece, but you can steal em' off of old boards and PII fan splits. I have it plugged into a fan to try and sink some of the heat off the tiny pins down the fan wire.
The last thing to do is the crimp for the sensor lead. These guys are super teeny and need special crimpers, so if you aint' got that stuff, just cut the sensor wire off an old fan and use it.
