You can see the glue in all its half-arsed glory. I just noticed the heatsink on the HD is bigger than on the CPU. The heatsink part of the PSU is actually in direct contact with the foam lining left on the box. That thing gets seriously hot but it doesn't seem to have burnt the lining at all. I've safely run this thing for over 24 hours in a closed room. Even the room starts to heat up by the end of that but the rig just kept on going. I now use it to run Kazaa (it can cope with spyware - I just don't want it on my main rig) and for folding proteins (very slowly I might add).

Here's a shot of the closed lid. The USB port is kind of falling apart but I hardly ever unplug the printer anyway.

Hopefully you can all learn from my mistakes!
