Set 1: No FSAA, No Anisotropic filtering.

This is 3dmark Second Edition. As you can see, the radeon beats the ti4600 hands down. The Radeon being 11% higher on average.

This is using the inbuilt benchmarking tool in the UT2003 Demo. After reading this article, I decided to only include the FlyBy benchmarks. In this case the ti4600 seems to be the better card, the Radeon being 11% slower. This is probably a lot to do with ut2003 being optimised for nVidia cards.
