Now you need to locate a 5 Volt "area" on the back of your power supply PCB. This is easily done by following the red wires from the main bundle to where they connect to the board; they will all connect in a group.

Now, feed a little more solder on to the tip of your iron. Sandwich the end of your wire between the blob of solder on the board that is holding the red wires in and the end of your iron. Apply gentle pressure and wait, you will feel the iron sink in slightly and the solder will begin to melt. Wait until the wire has sunk into the solder and remove the iron whilst ensuring the fan wire does not come back out with it! Give it 5 seconds or so to cool, then give the black fan lead a gentle tug to make sure it is solid. If not then try again, remembering to apply a little solder to the tip of the iron again.

I will then usually cover the new joint in some electrical tape, to be extra sure it will not short out against the base of the casing, although in power supplies with a plastic insulator underneath this is not necessary.
