CPU water block

Take a look at this fine water block:

CPU block viewed from above.

The block has installation holes for:

- AMD Socket A (XP)
- AMD Opteron 64
- Intel socket 478 (Pentium 4)

It consists of a copper base and a transparent top made out of PolyMethylMethaCrylate (PMMA) and with a rubber gasket in between. There is one water inlet and one water outlet. The inlet is located just above the CPU core. The finish on this unit is simply superb! The base is very flat and even, and there are no apparent ridges of any kind.

It comes with two different tops, see image below:

The two tops.

The top you can see on the right is for AMD socket A only and is to be used if there isn't enough space around the CPU socket. On my Abit NF7-S I had to use this top as a couple of capacitors were in the way. It only took 5 mins to change them around so it was no big deal.

Chipset water block

This block is for north bridge cooling. It is based on the same basic design as the other coolers, with a copper base, a rubber gasket and a transparent PMMA top.
