Assembling the System

The first thing to install is the radiator. Here is a Fiesta heater core, mounted in the front of a Globalwin 802 mid tower. Strong Parcel tape holds it all in, and seals the edges of the duct.

Now install the pump, with a vibration damping mounting. This is just a cardboard box lined with a piece of foam. Double-sided sellotape is perfect for mounting it in the case.

Install the waterblock next. You will need the waterblock in place to judge the length to cut the hoses to, but take it out again for putting the hoses and clamps on it, so you do not have to push on the CPU core.
