Well I hope everyone has been enjoying their easter weekend. I went on a bit of a road trip with my house mate up to Preston to go riding on the rocks, before seeing my sister in Swindon, followed by riding Bristol on Sunday. No injuries sustained and we got incredibly lucky with the weather. I did however wake up this morning with pretty awful back pain - let's see what the rheumatologist has to say for himself at my April 2nd appointment, where we can discuss the three degenerate discs in my back. Oh joy!
Science Daily has an interesting piece on a new 3D camera that contains over 12,000 lenses and Phoronix has a sneak peek at the Hardy Heron based release of MythBuntu. The network booting Myth Frontend looks quite handy and may be something I try myself - when it is released.
Finally, I have moved thinkbikes.com over to the Google Apps system for e-mail, documents and calendar. I'm very impressed so far - to the point where I'm tempted to use the browser based Gmail over Thunderbird. Migrating my old e-mails over is taking a little longer than I would have hoped!
Take any good pictures? Doing anything fun? Let the rest of us know in the forums ![]()
Darn degenerates, they get everywhere, Apart from the bad back, I'm glad you enjoyed the holiday having fun on your bike.
It's been far too cold for me to go out at all, so I've made the best of being stuck indoors. ![]()
Indoors is often the best place to be!
When it's cold and raining it is, I get a bit stir crazy sometimes and must get out for a while. I may go out in the car and get stuck in the traffic for a couple of hours. Well, it makes a change. ![]()
