    Hey guys.
Decided to spend a Sunday putting together a website for the promotions company (in the VERY loosest sense of the word) I run.
I was going to use Vanilla as I like it, but trying to find a decent Vanilla theme that needed to be exciting and colourful proved too difficult. I would have made one myself, but that seemed like a waste of time when I found a website that had literally thousands of wordpress themes. They were also much, much better looking.
I found one I liked and set about investigating Wordpress. It seems Wordpress is much like Vanilla in the sense that when you install it, it is extremely basic. Although Wordpress is intended to be used as a blog, this isn't a problem, as if anything a Blog style would be more suited.

Setting up Wordpress is as easy as Vanilla. There are some things which I am not sure why they exist, for example you have to sign up and gain an API key to install any plugins.

The website is now live and I've spent a couple of hours tweaking and altering the theme to suit the site.

It will have it's own domain name soon!

    Tell me what you think.....
And what you think about Wordpress. (b)

Haha. Nope. My voice is one of those that tends to sound slightly female when amplified....so I think I'll avoid the temptation of turning myself into "MC Mike On Da Mike". :$

Some people pay good money to sound slightly female.
