That's right, my other half and I are moving to Glasgow a week today!

To be precise, Bridgeton - this horrified my mum, who was born and raised in Glasgow. But it's a lot better nowadays, and we're on the edge in the regenerated area! My walk to work will consist of walking along Glasgow Green, so I'm not complaining. Plus, we might actually be able to get decent broadband speeds. WOOHOO!

So, Spode, if you're doing any bike demos in Scotland, feel free to pop by! Preferably whilst we're in, of course... ;)

What do you mean If :P I think we did a couple in Glasgow and a couple of in Edinborough this year :)

Sounds good - you excited? I'm sticking to Tonbridge for the moment. I've been thinking about London - but I'm just as convenient in Tonbridge and I get a lot better value for money!

Yeah, should be good. Going from a 1-bed flat in a tenement with loud neighbours (barking dogs, loud music, etc) to a 2-bed flat that we hope will be a bit quieter. Spoke to one of our new neighbours, and he said it's a nice block, so we're keeping our fingers crossed for a bit of peace and quiet at last!

The whole hiring a van, and loading/unloading it will be a bit stressful though. I just can't wait til we're properly in, cos at the moment I'm spending money like there's no tomorrow.
