    Working with Ben Cardy is awesome - I tell him things, he does it, I smile and the whole world smiles with me. Well, not quite as cool as that - but he's damned good at what he does and has been the design mastermind behind my latest projects.

    As Dave is leaving Think Bikes, leaving me in charge - I decided a bit of a revamp was in order and had a new logo designed. This is what we came up with (in this image, we were experimenting with some different colours...).

    Certainly it's a lot more lively than the current logo, which is thinkbikes.com in Tahoma :P But whilst we were there I mentioned I had an idea for a t-shirt. 5 minutes later, the design was sitting in front of me!

    I spent a while researching various print on demand t-shirt companies and found that spreadshirt.co.uk had the best pricing and flexibility on colours. I set up a shop and registered spodeshirts.com. I don't expect anyone to want to buy the t-shirts, but it's just a convenient place to keep them and I can link to it from thinkbikes.com where fans can buy some t-shirts.

    Who knows, I might be adding a few more designs in the future, as and when I think of them. I've just made an order, so let's hope the quality is good :)

    Why do I keep getting this when I post ?

    A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred

    Technical information (for support personel):

    Error Message
    An error occurred while sending the email.
    Affected Elements
    Email.Send();
    The error occurred on or near: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. Please use the date.timezone setting, the TZ environment variable or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/New_York' for 'EDT/-4.0/DST' instead

    A version of that shirt for the students of the University of Southern California would be cool too.

    The latest Spode Shirt design is now available for your purchase! This time, a little play on the idea of CAT5 vs 5 CATS. You'll either end up with poor network performance, or an inactive bed time companion.

    As per usual, available in every colour under the rainbow, at £15! Buy it, buy it, buy it!
