    Grr! I wrote a lovely review of my new Palm Centro but it's gone! I clicked "Start your discussion" and I was sent back to the home page and my review disappeared!

    Well, here's the picture anyway: Palm Centro, Palm Treo 650, AA battery.

    I think the problem may have been that the attachment was too large, but why didn't I get an error message, and why didn't it save my wibblings? :(

    I think there is a bug that if you start a new thread with an attachment, it loses it. It's on my to-do list :P

    Well, since I broke the screen and Palm want to charge £110 to fix it, and I can't seem to find anywhere that sells replacement screens in the UK I've decided to start looking for a replacement phone/PDA.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Briefly, the reasons I liked the Centro are:
    1) it's fast; almost instantaneous opening of applications etc.
    2) it's very easy to add and edit calendar events
    3) threaded text messages
    4) mechanical ringer switch

    and the reasons I don't like it are:
    1) flimsy
    2) screen broke far too easily :(
    3) doesn't sync with Sunbird
